Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read our policy

Outside of 2 weeks of class, you may cancel and receive store credit for a future class. Once we're within 2 weeks of the class, cancellation is not possible and no credit can be issued. Food Lab classes are non-refundable. We always plan to run all classes as posted. However, we do have a 5 person minimum for all classes and will cancel classes if we have not met this minimum. If we decide to cancel class, we will give you 48 hours notice and contact you by email with the option to receive a refund or rebook in a different class.

Food Lab Behavior policy: We want every child to have an amazing experience in our classes. We expect all students to respect their fellow students, the Food Lab team, and the Food Lab space + equipment. Since this is a kitchen and we are dealing with hot food, knives, stoves, etc- disrespectful and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Kids will be given a warning, a chat with parents and if behavior continues, may be asked to leave class without credit or refund. By purchasing this class you agree to this policy.
